I ordered 3 R8 collets from them just before the holidays and UPS lost my package. The tracking showed delivered to “front door” but it never made it to my apartment. I sent an email to McMaster and within an hour they had shipped out a replacement order. A few days later (Christmas eve) UPS showed it delivered, but yet again it was not at my apartment. After pleading with UPS to help me figure out where my packages are going I gave up and called McMaster again. Without any hassle at all they shipped out yet another order, this time with some delivery instructions for the driver. I finally got my 3 collets. My credit card was charged automatically for all three orders, but they posted credits for two of the orders within a few days.
I might have my stuff shipped to work now, but McMaster is always going to be my first choice supplier from now on.
