You may have heard this scenario before: You’re on a game show and the host has you pick one of three doors. You win whatever is behind your door. Behind one of the doors is a car. Behind the other two doors are goats. You choose one of the doors. The host then opens one of the doors you did not choose to reveal a goat, and gives you the opportunity to switch your choice. Will switching give you a better chance of winning? Sometimes you buy things from Ebay and when you open the box they’re smaller than expected. But… I found some videos that I took of the first prototype of the Logo Bot drawing a side of a snowflake on the kitchen floor. The robot has been decommissioned, the parts waiting to be transplanted to v2.0 which will be in the works. Check out the Logo Bot project page. I usually do all my own auto-repairs, but lately just don’t have the time, and my truck had to go in for service. I had to cough up roughly 1/5th the worth of the vehicle to replace a bunch of stuff in the front end. So now I’m thinking “economy” and wondering what I can do to make it cheaper to drive. |
